The Concierge acts as the initial welcoming presence for the community, handling visitor receptions, phone inquiries, and various administrative duties. This role also contributes to recruitment initiatives and maintains a tidy and inviting Bistro area. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with demonstrated experience in customer service. Prior experience in the Senior Living sector is desirable.
