Job Summary
The Configuration Analyst serves a crucial role in offering support for the setup of plan configurations across multiple client categories. This position involves conducting unit tests to verify the precision of configurations and addressing operational challenges. The analyst performs root cause analyses and works closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and maintain system logic.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup of plan configurations for various client types.
- Perform unit testing to ensure configuration accuracy.
- Triage operational issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold system logic and compliance.
Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of benefit plan configuration or implementations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
