**Job Title: Construction Manager**
The Construction Manager is responsible for supervising all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that client expectations are met while staying within budget and maintaining schedules. This role involves leading the construction team, managing the bidding process for projects, and making sure that all activities conform to local regulations and requirements. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with relevant experience in construction management. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous, as are exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
