Job description
**Leasing Manager**
The Leasing Manager is responsible for spearheading strategies aimed at enhancing occupancy and marketing efforts, while effectively guiding the leasing team to achieve sales and resident loyalty objectives. They act as the main liaison for potential tenants and current residents, maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and overseeing property management tasks. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant. Familiarity with property management software, including RealPage, Knock, or Onesite, is highly desirable.
