Job Summary
The role involves leading the consumption forecasting and reporting efforts for the organization’s brands. The main focus is to ensure that the forecasts are precise, applicable across different business functions, and backed by historical data and benchmarks. The position also emphasizes the enhancement of forecasting techniques and reporting tools while collaborating with various departments on strategic initiatives, annual plans, and evaluations of business performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee consumption forecasting and reporting to ensure accuracy and utility for various business applications.
- Enhance forecasting methodologies and reporting instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic plans and annual operating plans.
- Participate in business performance reviews to assess and refine forecasting efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related research field.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven expertise in forecasting and analysis of syndicated or custom CPG data.
- Practical knowledge of various data sources and their integration.
- Strong curiosity along with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
