**Job Title: Consumer Banking Manager**
The Consumer Banking Manager is responsible for guiding and driving sales, service delivery, and operational efficiency throughout a network of branches. This position requires mentoring Branch Managers to achieve sales targets while upholding adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of eight years in the financial services sector, sales, or sales leadership. A bachelor’s degree and prior experience in managing sales teams within the financial industry are highly desirable.
