Job description
The role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of continuous improvement practices and training initiatives at the designated location. This includes the planning and monitoring of enhancement projects while maintaining adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and quality benchmarks. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar discipline, accompanied by a minimum of five years of experience in operational excellence within the automotive manufacturing sector. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, along with relevant experience in welding and metal fabrication.
