**Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer**
In this role, you will spearhead efforts in operational excellence and Lean Manufacturing to elevate safety, quality, and productivity at our manufacturing facility. You will oversee capital projects, refine plant layouts, and collaborate with diverse teams to boost equipment reliability and enhance process efficiency. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, along with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering. Expertise in Lean principles, project management, and data analytics tools is essential for fostering lasting operational enhancements.
