Job description

Job Summary

The Continuous Improvement & Industrial Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing manufacturing processes. This position focuses on identifying and implementing improvements to maximize productivity and drive cost savings across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing production workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis to assess performance metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Lead projects that drive lean manufacturing principles within the facility.
  • Educate team members on best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
