Job description

The Continuous Improvement Manager will spearhead Lean transformation projects within both manufacturing and office settings to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves examining workflows, leading Kaizen events, and mentoring teams to eliminate waste and boost productivity. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Engineering. Proficiency in Lean methodologies and a willingness to travel frequently are crucial for success in this position.
