Job Summary
The Contract Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the pre-execution phase of the contract lifecycle related to pharmacy and medical benefit agreements. This includes the drafting and reviewing of contracts, as well as coordinating necessary approvals. The role also involves providing support during RFP processes and working closely with internal teams to ensure that all business terms are accurately represented in final agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-execution contract lifecycle, ensuring all documents are thoroughly drafted and reviewed.
- Coordinate the approval processes for various pharmacy and medical benefit agreements.
- Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee business terms are correctly outlined in contracts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or development, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient in contract lifecycle management systems and RFP processes.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage contract-related tasks.
