Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Contract Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. This role involves ensuring accuracy in testing results and maintaining laboratory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct various laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Prepare and analyze specimens while adhering to safety and quality control standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of test results and laboratory activities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide relevant information.
  • Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in medical laboratory technology or clinical laboratory science.
  • Current certification as an MLT or CLS, as required by state regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with medical staff.
