**Control Center Operator I**
The Control Center Operator I is tasked with overseeing and managing SCADA, GIS, and outage management systems to uphold the safety and functionality of electric, water, and wastewater systems. This role involves coordinating crew dispatch, handling alarms, and implementing switching orders, all while ensuring effective communication with clients and internal departments. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of three years of pertinent experience in utility or real-time operational settings. This position demands availability around the clock, the capacity to work in rotating shifts, and the achievement of required career path training within a timeframe of 18 months.
