Job Summary
The Controller will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory standards during a pivotal expansion phase. This position emphasizes the leadership of the accounting team and encompasses audit management while enhancing operational efficiency through process optimization and scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the accounting department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise audit processes and implement improvements.
- Drive efficiency through the automation of processes and the development of scalable infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services or fintech.
- Possession of a FINRA Series 27 (FINOP) license or equivalent knowledge of broker-dealer regulatory standards.
