Job Summary
The firm is in search of a seasoned Controller or CPA to manage its financial operations in either Miami or Orlando. This role requires a demonstrated ability to lead in accounting practices while ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of financial operations within the firm.
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems.
- Coordinate and manage the auditing processes.
- Oversee tax preparation and liaise with external tax advisors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Controller or CPA, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite setting.
