The Cook plays a key role in delivering exceptional food production services, which involves preparing and portioning meals for both patients and retail, adhering to established recipes. It’s essential for this position to uphold a clean and safe work environment that meets all health and safety regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of culinary experience in hotel, restaurant, or healthcare settings, and have the capability to read and understand recipes. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet for extended durations.
