The Coordinator-RN Quality Assurance plays a vital role in supporting management to establish and uphold a thorough quality and safety framework within the hospital. This position involves driving quality improvement initiatives through data analysis, process mapping, and oversight of regulatory compliance to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in nursing along with a valid California Registered Nursing license. A minimum of one year of experience in clinical nursing, leadership, or quality enhancement is essential.
