Job description
The Solar Service Technician is tasked with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential solar photovoltaic systems, encompassing inverters and various electrical elements. This role involves conducting system commissioning, keeping precise service records, and ensuring effective communication with homeowners. Applicants must have an active electrical license along with prior experience in residential solar services. It is essential to be skilled in interpreting electrical schematics and to have a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) as well as local electrical regulations.
