Job Summary
The Corporate Counsel is responsible for delivering actionable legal guidance concerning commercial agreements, litigation issues, and corporate governance. Collaborating with various internal stakeholders, this role focuses on managing legal risks while ensuring alignment with the business goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Offer strategic legal advice on commercial contracts and litigation matters.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Support business objectives through effective legal counsel.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
- A minimum of three years of pertinent legal experience in either a law firm setting or a corporate environment.
