**Job Title: Correctional Officer**
The Correctional Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing juveniles in a detention facility, ensuring a secure and safe atmosphere. Key duties involve monitoring activities, handling emergency situations, recording behavioral incidents, and contributing to the enhancement of social and vocational skills among the youth. Applicants must be at least 20 years old and have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the Department of Juvenile Justice Training Academy are essential prerequisites.
