Job Title: Laminator Operator
Operate the laminating machine with safety and efficiency, ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining process specifications. Responsibilities include setting up the equipment, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out regular cleaning tasks to maximize production efficiency. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with prior experience in the manufacturing or printing/laminating sectors. Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and the capability to work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.
