Job Summary
The Counselor plays a crucial role in assessing client needs and working alongside an interdisciplinary team to design and execute tailored treatment plans. This position focuses on providing therapeutic support across various formats, including individual, family, and group sessions, while ensuring the maintenance of precise clinical records.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Maryland credential (LCPC, LCADC, LCSW-C, or approved trainee status).
- Demonstrated strong clinical assessment capabilities.
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is essential.
