**Job Title: Counter Sales Associate**
The Counter Sales Associate plays a key role in welcoming customers, handling HVAC product orders, and overseeing warranty returns and credits. This position requires maintaining precise product delivery and offering prompt and courteous service to sustain excellent customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or the HVAC sector. Additionally, applicants should have a fundamental understanding of heating and air conditioning systems and must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
