The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting clients with product selection and technical inquiries. They also support store operations by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized store environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and learn technical product information.
