Job description
The Credit Representative is tasked with reaching out to customers who have overdue accounts to facilitate payment collection and ensuring all communications are thoroughly documented. This position also includes support on the sales floor, handling transactions, and conducting credit assessments for new applicants. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of six months of experience in payment recovery or office tasks. A valid State Driver’s License is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities associated with this role.
