**Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist**
Deliver immediate clinical advice and assistance to crisis line personnel during difficult conversations. Facilitate collaboration with community organizations and ensure precise clinical record-keeping. A background in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or substance use treatment is essential. Applicants should possess either a high school diploma or GED along with four years of relevant experience, or a pertinent degree, and must obtain an Agency Affiliated Counselor credential.
