Job description

Job Summary

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing advanced imaging using computed tomography (CT) technology. This professional plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic images to assist healthcare providers in patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct standardized imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and technology.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare personnel to evaluate imaging results.
  • Adhere to protocols and procedures for proper patient documentation and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the imaging area.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid certification as a CT Technologist.
  • Proficiency in radiologic technology and imaging protocols.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
