**Job Title: Curriculum Specialist**
The Curriculum Specialist plays a vital role in assisting educators with the effective application of the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum while offering practical coaching aimed at enhancing classroom experiences. This position involves conducting classroom observations, developing educational resources, and providing support in maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios as necessary. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in a licensed preschool or childcare environment and demonstrate a solid understanding of child development principles. A Massachusetts EEC certification is highly desirable for this position.
