**Job Title: Clinical Director – ABA Therapy**
In this role, you will design and manage personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies, while offering guidance and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work closely with families and a team of interdisciplinary professionals to uphold high standards of clinical care and foster a healthy team atmosphere. A Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) or a relevant discipline is required, alongside a valid BCBA certification held for a minimum of three years. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and should be prepared to secure certifications in CPR, First Aid, and QBS Safety Care.
