The Senior BCBA will maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations to ensure high-quality, individualized outcomes. They are also responsible for providing supervision, caregiver collaboration, and maintaining audit-ready clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and payer requirements. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess an active BCBA certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA working directly with individuals with autism is required for this senior-level role.
