Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will oversee and enhance behavior intervention strategies. This position entails working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure the implementation of effective behavioral strategies to promote positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs, adapting as necessary to ensure efficacy.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior analysis techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for clients in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- At least 5 years of experience in behavior analysis, with a focus on clinical practice.
- Proficient knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and provide mentorship.
