**Custodial Crew Leader**
The Custodial Crew Leader is responsible for supervising, training, and organizing the custodial team to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of school facilities. Key responsibilities involve inspecting the premises, overseeing supply inventories, managing budgetary constraints, and carrying out specialized cleaning procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of five years of proven experience in custodial work, demonstrating strong leadership skills. A Master Custodian certification from the FSPMA must be obtained within one year of employment.
