The Shift Supervisor is tasked with supervising security functions, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations within a prominent technology facility. This role includes managing emergency alerts, facilitating training sessions, and upholding safety standards by enforcing security protocols. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory security role, alongside a total of 4 years in the security field, which may include military or law enforcement experience. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is necessary, in addition to expertise in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication abilities.
