Job description
**Job Title: Clinical Development Program Director**
In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, planning, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials and research initiatives within a clinical development program. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to produce high-caliber clinical data that underpins both scientific and business strategies for the product. A key requirement is an M.D., D.O., or a comparable medical qualification, or a scientific degree combined with substantial clinical research experience. Candidates must demonstrate a robust understanding of clinical trial methodologies, regulatory standards, and possess the skills to collaborate efficiently in a cross-disciplinary setting.
