**Director for Indigenous Ministries**
The Director for Indigenous Ministries serves as an advocate for Indigenous communities within the ELCA and oversees strategic interactions with AIAN Tribal Nations. Key responsibilities encompass program development, budget oversight, staff management, and building partnerships with ecumenical collaborators and ministry leaders. Ideal candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in ministry, non-profit work, or program administration, with a Master’s degree and tribal affiliation being preferred qualifications. Essential skills for this position include strategic planning, intercultural ministry expertise, and a collaborative leadership approach.
