The Customer Engineer will partner with sales teams to act as a trusted technical advisor, architecting cross-pillar cloud solutions to solve customer business challenges. They are responsible for driving technical wins, defining delivery plans, and facilitating the transition from sales to implementation. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in cloud-native architecture within a customer-facing or support role. Proficiency in cloud engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms is required, along with strong strategic and presentation skills.
