The Donor Support Technician plays a vital role in readying donors and apparatus for the pheresis procedure, ensuring both donor safety and optimal machine operation throughout the process. This position involves meticulous documentation of donor information, effective incident management, and the upkeep of a clean, safe, and compliant working environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of three months of professional experience, ideally in a medical or healthcare environment. Essential skills include basic mathematical proficiency and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.
