Job description
**Job Title: Payment Processing Officer**
In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions, ensuring the accuracy of internal database information, and generating reports related to payments. The officer will also be tasked with delivering customer support and aiding in various administrative duties, all while upholding confidentiality standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in data entry and customer service, along with a strong command of Microsoft Office tools. A high school diploma or an associate degree in administration or accounting is desirable.
