Job description
**Job Title: Property Manager**
The Property Manager takes the lead in understanding customer storage requirements, promoting appropriate supplies, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained through regular inspections and cleaning. This role also includes overseeing daily administrative responsibilities such as reconciling cash drawers, executing bank deposits, and managing customer account collections. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for travel across various work sites. The position demands the physical capability to lift weights of up to 35 pounds and perform maintenance activities outdoors.
