Job description
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing store performance, ensuring top-notch operational standards, and achieving production targets. This position involves guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service. Applicants should have prior experience in leading and coaching sales teams, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A college degree (either 2-year or 4-year) is necessary, and a Property and Casualty license is advantageous.
