Job description
**Job Title: Engineering and Maintenance Operations Assistant**
Contributes to the oversight of engineering and maintenance functions, encompassing building systems, landscaping, and safety protocols for facilities. Manages preventive maintenance initiatives, budgetary considerations, and adherence to regulations to uphold facility standards and enhance guest satisfaction. Candidates are expected to have a high school diploma along with two years of applicable experience, or an associate degree in a related discipline. A solid understanding of HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing systems is essential for applicants.
