Job description
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in evaluating customer storage requirements, offering supplies for sale, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained through regular inspections and cleaning. This position also involves overseeing daily administrative responsibilities such as auditing cash drawers, processing bank deposits, and managing customer payment collections. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle to travel between various work sites. Additionally, the role necessitates the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and conduct maintenance tasks in both indoor and outdoor settings.
