This position involves overseeing lease applications, validating necessary information, and ensuring the community consistently presents a professional image. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment leasing, coupled with strong communication and sales abilities. Additionally, familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of Fair Housing Law are essential.
