Job Title: Restaurant Account Manager
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners, focusing on enhancing order growth, fostering retention, and exploring upsell possibilities, while acting as their main contact. You will work collaboratively across departments to collect product insights and help our restaurant partners fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant account management or success, along with a thorough knowledge of the restaurant scene and online food ordering sector. Candidates must reside in the Miami area and exhibit robust data analysis, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
