Job description
**Job Title: Cyber Defense Training Lead**
The Cyber Defense Training Lead is tasked with the creation and implementation of tailored training programs and practical lab exercises for Cyber Defense staff. Additionally, this role involves overseeing the Cyber Range infrastructure and evaluating the success of training initiatives through skill evaluations and key performance indicators (KPIs). Eligible candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or similar qualifications, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant fields. Essential skills include expertise in networking, scripting, security technologies, and instructional design. The role requires a commitment to on-site work for at least three days each week.
