The Data Center Operations Leader manages daily operations across multiple hyperscale campuses, ensuring 24×7 service delivery and operational excellence. They are responsible for client relationship management, workforce development, financial performance, and achieving key performance indicators. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of leadership experience in data center or mission-critical operations. Proven ability to manage large-scale teams across geographically distributed sites and strong financial management skills are required.
