Lead and develop a growing team of Data Scientists while guiding technical quality and building reusable predictive models for commercial and marketing decisions. Partner with business, marketing, engineering, and MLOps teams to deploy, monitor, and improve models, and measure their adoption and commercial impact. Requires experience managing Data Scientists, strong predictive modeling and machine learning expertise, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern cloud-based data science environments. Candidates should have experience deploying models to production, evaluating experiments, communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders, and applying data science to commercial or performance marketing problems.
