Job description
**Job Title: Security Operations Team Lead**
As the Security Operations Team Lead, you will oversee a team of front-line analysts while also actively participating in security operations as a technical operator. Your role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency by establishing standard operating procedures, providing mentorship to team members, and collaborating with clients to ensure robust incident response and successful platform implementation. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of technical experience within Security Operations Centers (SOC) or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), including at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position. Strong practical knowledge of enterprise security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and ASM is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical capabilities.
