The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating customer financing solutions, showcasing alternative product offerings, and guaranteeing that all contracts adhere to legal standards. This position also oversees the desk workflow, submits financing applications to lenders, and conducts audits on team transactions to ensure accuracy and profitability. Ideal candidates will possess a positive demeanor, outstanding communication skills, and a willingness to understand the financial practices of the dealership. A college degree is favored, but relevant experience will also be taken into account, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
