**Dean of Nursing**
The Dean of Nursing is responsible for offering strategic vision and leadership within the College of Nursing, managing aspects such as curriculum development, faculty oversight, and program evaluations. This role entails working closely with program directors to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements while advancing academic initiatives. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with an active, unencumbered registered nursing license in Kentucky or a multi-state license. Candidates should have a robust background in practice and leadership, ideally in a higher education setting.
