Job Summary
The Senior Manager will oversee a team of contract specialists tasked with the comprehensive management of intricate contracts in the aerospace and defense sectors. This role includes acting as the main liaison for both internal partners and external clients, ensuring adherence to all relevant government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations related to defense contracting.
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Extensive experience with defense contracting regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills are essential for this position.
