**Job Title: Program Specialist**
The Program Specialist is responsible for organizing and leading a diverse range of cognitive, physical, and social activities designed to enhance the quality of life for residents in a memory care facility. This role also involves supporting meal service, managing program schedules, and ensuring that shared spaces are kept clean and safe. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a genuine enthusiasm for working with the elderly. Experience in a memory care setting is advantageous, along with strong communication skills and the capacity to make independent decisions.
