Job description
**Director of Emergency Department**
The Director plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision, overseeing administrative functions, and managing nursing operations within the Emergency Department. This position involves collaboration with staff to execute clinical programs aimed at improving the quality of care, as well as overseeing the financial and human resource management of the department. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or demonstrate equivalent managerial experience, accompanied by an active RN license in a compact state. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, ENPC, and TNCC, and candidates should ideally have 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
